Terms & Conditions

SocialTea Station - may herein be referred to as 'SocialTea Station, we or us'.

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the http://www.socialteastation.com website (the "Service") operated by SocialTea Station ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users and others who wish to access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you do not have permission to access the Service.

Shipping/Delivery Guidelines

SocialTea Station will make all reasonable efforts to meet a Customers delivery request, however the date and time for any delivery is an estimate only. As such we will not be liable for any loss suffered by the Customer or any third-party due to late delivery. Please note many factors including shipping and packing, and time spent in Customs all contribute to the overall time taken for a delivery to arrive.

 

SocialTea Station will insure goods shipped, couriered or otherwise transported to the Customer up to $100. We will not be liable to the Customer or any third-party for any loss or damage caused whilst being shipped, couriered or otherwise transported should the customer request for an “Authority To Leave” of their order.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

If you need to cancel your order and request for a return and/or refund of your order the following conditions need to be met:

  • The returned products need to be in brand new/unopened condition.

  • Return and request for refund need to be done within 5 business days of delivery.

  • Postage costs to return will be at the cost of the buyer.

  • Copy of your original purchase receipt needs to be provided.

  • Returns and refunds of any additional toppings purchased will not be accepted.

  • Items can be returned to our address: 21 Tangerine Drive, QUAKERS HILL NSW 2763.

  • Refunds will be processed once goods have been received and meet the following conditions as noted above. 

  • Refunds will be processed to the original form of purchase. Cost of shipping will not be refunded.

  • Once we receive your item, it will be inspected and we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Pricing

SocialTea Station reserves the right to change, correct, amend or supplement the pricing and information contained in this web site without prior notice.

Prices include all additional applicable Goods and Service Taxes (G.S.T.). All prices set out on this web site are:

  • Valid until any dates specified.

  • Subject to stock being available to complete any/all orders.

Purchase and Payment

SocialTea Station relies upon the Customer to ensure orders are accurate. It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure they have placed the correct order for any amount of goods they require.

All orders placed on the SocialTea Station web site will be payable immediately through either a third-party gateway such as 'Braintree’. If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

The service may employ the use of third party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

We are constantly updating product and service offerings at SocialTea Station. We may experience delays in updating information on SocialTea Station and in our advertising on other web sites. The information found on SocialTea Station may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Products or services may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable SocialTea Station and we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information found on SocialTea Station.

We therefore reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Cancellations

Cancellation of any order will be at the sole discretion of SocialTea Station.

We are not under any obligation to accept, or reimburse the Customer for, any unused products that are returned.

Defective Products and Shortages

If the Customer believes that the product is defective, the Customer must:

  • Notify SocialTea Station in writing of the alleged defect within five(5) days of receipt of the product; and

  • If the Customer alleges the product is defective, return the product (at the Customers expense) in its original packaging and inform us of the order number and delivery date.

  • The Customer will be deemed to have accepted the product unless they notify us otherwise within five (5) days of receipt of the product.

  • If we are not satisfied that the product is defective, we will be under no obligation to replace the product or refund to the Customer any costs. We will not replace any allegedly defective goods or refund the customer the cost of the goods if they were damaged or broken whilst at the risk of the Customer or at the Customers premises.

General

Any orders placed by a Customer on our web site will create fully enforceable obligations that will be subject to these terms and conditions.

SocialTea Station will not be liable for any performance delays or for non-performance, due to causes beyond our reasonable control.

The Customer may not assign any rights or obligations hereunder without prior written consent from SocialTea Station.

If any term or provision herein is determined to be illegal or unenforceable, the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the terms or provisions herein will remain in effect.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between SocialTea Station and the Customer, and supersede any previous communications, representations or agreements between the parties, whether oral or written; any additional or different terms and conditions will not apply. The purchase of goods will constitute the Customers acceptance of these terms and conditions. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the supply of all goods by SocialTea Station will be governed solely by the terms and conditions set out on this page.

Limited Liability

SocialTea Station gives those warranties implied by consumer protection legislation in relation to the product. All other warranties are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
